Alberto Ruz Buenfil

Weaving legends, prophecies and recent historical events
in these changing times into powerful ceremonies.
Alberto Ruz Buenfil, son of Dr. Alberto Ruz Lhuillier,
discoverer of the Mayan Royal Tomb of Pakal in
Palenque, has travelled in more than fifty different
countries of four continents.
Co-founder of Huehuecoyotl, a ceremonial eco-village in
the mountains of Mexico, he has been leading the
Rainbow Peace Caravan in South America for the last
decade, visiting indigenous communities, and learning
from the wisdom of elders along his magical journey.
Designated as a bridge person or chakaruna by the Sacred
Council of Elders and Priests from the Americas, he
carries stories, images, experiences, chants and
ceremonies from the Eagle, the Quetzal and the Condor
